The back story

This life has taught me that having an appreciation for good food can take you places and truly connect you to people. It may have started with summer bike rides for some amazing brownies with my Mom and sister at age five, or looking forward to the delicious dinner dishes (YES to Mac and Cheese or Lasagna) prepared by family and friends that bring comfort at the end of a long day.

Through years of practice, I have worked with people who have shared their struggles with the food they eat and the bodies they live in. They have revealed that neither have felt like a friend. It is my privilege to work with you and encourage a different story to emerge, one that boasts gentleness and nourishment instead of performance and pressure.  My mission is to empower you to partner with your NOW body, grow to appreciate its intricacies, uniqueness, and accept that it is yours alone to fully understand.

I am committed to helping you expand into your unique health every day. I know that when we feel our best, we have more to give to everyone we love around us, to our passions and visions, and ultimately to ourselves.

I’d be honoured to take a seat beside you, hear your story, learn about the vision you hold for your health and cheer you on towards finding your Flourish True.

Stay Truly You,

Julie
